Failure to comply may result in tasking being cancelled or individual members not being transported.

All passengers will carry valid identification. Military members will carry a valid military ID.

PAX will be at Air Movements (AMS) of departure location no later than (NLT) 2 hours prior to aircraft departure.

Dangerous Goods will be at AMS NLT 48 hours prior to date of departure to be cleared and packaged by AMS.

General cargo will be at AMS NLT 24 hours prior to date of departure to be cleared and packaged by AMS.

Completed PAX lists will be provided at the bottom of the ATR NLT 48 hours prior to date of departure.
